I wish I had these a long time ago! The traditional terry cloth beach/pool towels are heavy, bulky, and take a long time to dry. Not to mention sand sticks to them like a magnet. But the worst thing is the mildew (which doesn’t take long to grow and smell).
These towels have none of those issues. I no longer live near a beach, but I do have a pool and replaced all my pool towels with these. They are beautiful, take up half the space, and are actually bigger. They are super absorbent and dry quickly – therefore mildew is no longer a problem. An additional perk is that you can wrap yourself up in them and they stay put because they are so lightweight. I also use these in the winter getting out of our hot tub – the quick absorbency reduces evaporation which contributes to making you cold. These make great gifts too!
