Refund policy
At SolWoven, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If you are not happy with your towel(s) for any reason, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. To initiate a return, please email us at customerservice@solwoven.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at customerservice@solwoven.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged or defective item(s). We will arrange for a replacement or refund as soon as possible.
